TRADE RULES:
- Trades can be made between 2 franchises during the course of the running PSL season.
- Trades can be made before the start of the PSL season as well during the trade windows.
- Trade windows will remain open throughout the course of the season, however, any traded player(s) will be allowed to be added to your Final XI only at the commencement of next fixture round. Until then, the player will remain part of the original franchise and gain fantasy points if he's part of the original franchise's Final XI.
- There is no limit on number of trades between two franchises during this season.
- After a trade proposal has been agreed and officially notified to the league commissioner, it can not be retracted.
- Once a trade proposal has been agreed between two franchises, trade will then be officially informed to the league commissioner (i.e. Munna) for his review and approval. The league commissioner then may or may not discuss the proposal with other franchise managers about the fairness of the proposed trade.
- The commissioner has the authority to veto a trade if he thinks it is an unfair deal for any league stakeholder or if there is any collusion.
- Franchise managers have the right to raise objections against any trade proposals.
- Trade deadline is until the commencement of last Group Stage round. No trades or deals will be allowed for the playoffs phase to prevent any collusion.
- League Commissioner has the final authority. Once a trade has been approved and processed by the league commissioner, it can not be reverted.
Adding Draft Order PICKS to the trading:
There are two types of trades that can be offered in PSL Dynasty League:
1) Trade a player with the same contractual player (straight forward) for an active tournament player.
2) Trade a player and a future draft pick or offer a chunk of your replacements budget
Note:
- Always consider the Squad Rules w.r.t. Contracts and Final XI rules when proposing trades.
- Trade deals must have balance and fairness for all parties involved. Any trade deal appearing to be tilted heavily in favor of one side would be considered unfair or collusive.
REPLACEMENT RULES:
All franchises will have budget of $50 million to be utilized during Replacement Windows.
NOTE: You will not have any additional money saved during the Player Drafts phase carried over here.
During the course of the PSL 9 season, we shall have 6 replacement windows. To further explain, Round 1 Replacement Window is the pre-tournament window where you can utilize your $50m budget to replace any injured/unavailable players. Round 2, Round 3, Round 4, and Round 5 replacement windows are for the group stage matches whereas Round 6 replacement window is for the Playoffs and Final matches.
Note: You can utilize your $50million budget only to "Replace" your squad player(s), not buy any additional player.
During a replacement window you can make:
- Player Replacements in your squad by bidding on the available pool of players.
- You will always inform Test User which player you are releasing for the player you are bidding on.
- Your replacements must never exceed the Squad rules enlisted in the Franchise and Dynasty rules in the draft thread (I am quoting below FYR) e.g. a Platinum player must replace a platinum or a Gold player may replace a Silver player as long as you have min. 2 Gold players left in your squad
- Min. bid amount should be the Player's original price value mentioned in Google sheet. Maximum could be anything within your budget.
- Final XI changes on the fantasy website we shall use for this draft competition.
How will the Player Replacements work?
Basically, you will DM @Test User your bidding amounts on a certain available player(s) and which player(s) in your squad would you like the pool player(s) to replace in your squad.
After a certain deadline, I will access the @Test User account and post all bids submitted by the draft teams in the draft thread and the winners of those bids. (For fairness verification, as I would also be playing the draft as a manager, you may check the Test User account's online activity)
What if 2 draft teams bid on the same available player in a given window?
Although the highest bidder always gets the top priority but in case 2 or more dynasty franchises bid exactly the same amount, then the team ranked lower on the Points Table will have higher priority to acquire that player.
You may keep on making replacements during all windows as long as you don’t run out of remaining budget of $50M
What if a player is injured and officially ruled out?
Well, you will have a 15 or 16 player squad, various replacement windows and a replacement budget of $50M to spend on replacing your players after the player draft. We won't be allowing any free replacements during anytime of this tournament.
FRANCHISE AND DYNASTY RULES:
- Only managers with min. 100 posts in the cricket thread during the course of PSL 9 Season will be considered as a winner and will be awarded with bragging rights and Draft Winner Badge.
- All franchises must pick a squad of min. 15 players and max 16 players.
- All franchise teams must pick exactly 3 Platinum players + exactly 3 Diamond Players
- All franchise teams must pick 3 Gold + 3 Silver players. ONLY in case there are no Gold players available anymore, the franchise will be allowed to pick 2 Gold + 4 Silver players without any Wildcard.
- All franchise teams must pick exactly 2 Emerging players
- All franchise teams must pick min 1 and max 2 players in Supplementary category (as per budget). However, you must pick 1 player from the supplementary category whereas the 2nd player could be from any other category.
