Good, meanwhile I'm searching for a good bengali aamil baba to do the usual thing for my drafts
One is badly injured right now and another one has questionable availability
Won't play in presence of Imad and Shadab. They wasted Zafar for several years and Abrar also didn't get too many games
Interesting draft tbh
All sides had their moments but in the end, the usual suspects (QG, KK) picked washed up oldies to go with their other picks.
Lahore packed their side with batsmen which is understandable considering their bowling core however, a little unbalanced and going to miss RK/proper spin option perhaps.
Multan, I expected better from them tbh. Packed team with bowlers, a little underwhelming.
Peshawar, ok draft imo...batting was always set but their bowling won't strike fear into opposition.
Islamabad, had their moments (in picking players I may not have gone for in Mills and Curran) but not bad draft. Unlike previous seasons, we actually have a bowling attack now. No specialist opener to partner Hales picked though and could perhaps have been better off using RTM on RVDD?

KK picked only Anwar Ali tbf and that's only because he was with MS/Haider Azhar until last year

The replacement draft, which will be an online event, will see franchises name replacements for the players who are partially or fully unavailable, which include two players each from Gold, Silver, Diamond and Platinum categories, and one from the Supplementary category.
Separately, in the supplementary draft, each franchise will be allowed to add players to their squads in the third and fourth supplementary pick rounds.
The ninth edition of the HBL Pakistan Super League will be held from 17 February to 18 March, 2024 in four cities - Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi. Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium will host the first match of the tournament while the final will be staged at National Bank Stadium, Karachi.
