I think they are just sticking to the pecking order. Dahani gets his chance only after Wasim everytime

As above, would have preferred Dahani but happy for Wasim Jr for sure.

Wasim and Shaheen, can form quite a potent opening pair.

Will be a good contrast as Shaheen is economical and a wicket taker up front where Wasim Jr pushes for wickets whilst willing to leak runs.

Think it was an interesting decision to bat first today.

The team have been chasing well so not sure why they have decided to mix it up today.

Guessing they will be aiming for a 300-320 target on this pitch. Looks very similar to the last game

Think it's ideal tbh.

Series like this, although important is also a great oppourtunity to tweak your game.

Probably only to avoid fielding first in this heat. It's really not easy out there for the bowlers

Hmm not sure how much they are tweaking - but let's see how the inning goes.

I've been complaining for years now that Pakistan's inability to rotate the strike is a major problem and that continues to be the case today unfortunately.

Babar seems to be getting a bit frustrated.

In the last two overs he's powered three deliveries through the off side but hasn't got any boundaries yet.

Just need to stay calm and play to his strengths

Exactly! Its pakistan we are talking about who probably do the least amount of tweaking of any team

I suppose it's more to ensure that you are adaptable.

It's easy to become complacent once you are set to a gameplan as we have been for some time, mixing it up and ensuring adaptability is a vital factor.

Imagine seeing your best bat on 7 (23), when he is form, question is whether it's lack of ability or whether it's lack of thinking, because bear in mind, during the T20 WC, Babar and Rizzy were criticised for running singles and doubles rather than aiming for boundaries.

Not sure why he’s been so conservative today when his strike rotation is so good usually and Imam

Imam meh, his strike rotation defo needs work.

Not sure why Babar is coming across as frustated, the pitch looks a belter to me.
